Conditions of sale

You acknowledge that you have read all the information regarding the offer to sell, including, in particular, the description of the selected merchandise, the price of the product, handling and administrative fees, applicable taxes, and delivery deadlines and method. Delivery fees are calculated by Canada Post and include a fixed fee of $1.50 to obtain a signature as proof of receipt of the order by the customer. You have the right to accept or refuse the offer or correct any errors. By clicking on the “Agree” button, you accept the offer and terms of sale, and the sale contract will be made accordingly (the “Contract”).

A copy of the Contract will be forwarded to you immediately following your acceptance so that you can print out a copy for your files.

The AMF’s on-line services enable you to pay the total cost of the Contract, including fees and taxes, via the AMF’s secure website. Since the total cost is payable in advance, credit cards are a secure way of paying amounts owed to the AMF. You must submit all information relating to payment by credit card, and the AMF must confirm that the transaction has been honoured.

Please check your selection carefully to ensure that the manual meets your needs.

We will refund the purchase price of manuals up to 15 business days following the receipt of the order, provided that the product is still in its original package (plastic film). Please note however that delivery fees and administrative fees will not be refunded. For information, please contact the AMF Information Centre.

If your manual has a manufacturing defect, is damaged or defective, or does not correspond to your order, it will be exchanged, provided that you notify the AMF within 15 business days of receipt of your order. You will not be required to pay return shipping costs.

The AMF will refund the purchase price of a manual if the manual has not been delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date. If you have not received your refund within 60 days, you can ask your credit card issuer to charge back all amounts paid under the Contract.

The terms of use of the AMF website and the manual are an integral part of this Contract.
